We are currently operating in unprecedented times. Your O.C. School Counselors want you to know that your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. You might feel stressed, alone, overwhelmed, angry, grateful, or completely blessed! You might feel many things at once, like being upset that an event was cancelled, but happy that you can still participate in outdoor events. Your feelings are normal; the situation is not. Don't forget to pray and breathe knowing that God is with us each step of the way.
