ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• Storybook Day - to kick off the Book Fair, which is coming soon, we are going to be having a Story Book Character Day and Parade! On Friday September 26, Ontario Christian Elementary will be having a Storybook Character Day. Students and teachers will come to school dressed as one of their favorite storybook characters. We ask that all costumes be based on characters from a book. In addition, your child must bring a copy of the book to school that day to participate. Be creative with these costumes but in order to help ensure students’ feelings of safety and security, violent or frightening costumes are not acceptable. No props, dangerous-looking items, or masks covering the face. We want this day to be a fun day for everyone. To add to the fun, we will be having a mini parade during the beginning of school day for all our students to see each other’s characters. Unfortunately this is still considered a school day and parents are asked to stay off campus.

      • Book doesn't need to be the the book report book.

      • Must have a book though :)

• Native American Tribes HW Info Sheet - all we need is for kids to fill out the info sheet. The 'poster' they might have mentioned to you will be
