Common Computer Science References
At the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
understand how to make a schematic diagram, a simulation and then finally a real Single LED
go over the part of Transistors again (because it is REALLY important!)
watch video, "Collin's Lab: Schematics"
log into GitHub
create a repo called "TEJ3M-Unit4"
inside the repo create a file called "Unit4-03.drawio"
use this to create your schematic diagram
click "+ Shapes" and add in the "Circuit Diagram" shapes
watch demo of, "Single LED - Draw.io"
watch video, "Single LED - TinkerCad Circuits"
you are now going to go through the process of creating a circuit with a single LED (and resistor, so nothing breaks)
draw the schematic diagram Draw.io (see below)
draw the breadboard diagram in TinkerCad Circuits (see below)
build the real circuit on your breadboard
remember
your LED will only work if the "long" leg is pointing to positive
ensure you "label" each diagram -> Your name, course, unit
if you finish early, do the above 3 steps for 4 different color of LEDs in the same circuit
