2. Complete and Sign the Rental/Lessons Liability

1. Download the "Edelweiss Ski Club 2026 Fillable Parent Excursion Letter" PDF below.

2. Double Click on the PDF

3. Fill-in and Sign the PDF form.

4. Save the PDF form.

5. Click on "Excursion Form Submissions Here" (Blue button below).

6. Once the form opens, click "Add File".

7. Select the completed "Edelweiss Ski Club 2026 Fillable Parent Excursion Letter".

8. Click "insert".

9. Click "submit".
