Specialist High Skills Major Programs
We are thrilled to offer four Specialist High Skills Major Programs at St. Pius X High School.
These programs allow students in grades 11 and 12 to focus on a particular sector through courses, earning qualifications and taking part in co-op. Completing the requirements for a SHSM program entitles the student to a special designation on their diploma upon graduation.
Students who are interested are invited to speak with their guidance counselor or with the champion teacher for each program to learn more. If you are in grades 9 and 10, we also invite you to take a look to see what you might want to pursue once you reach grade 11. The slide show has information about all of our SHSM programs and it includes some links as well.
Other Specialty Programs
