Each person’s spiritual life, and the spirituality of the school community as a whole, is a gift to be explored, nurtured and shared. The Chaplaincy Leader walks with students and staff members on their individual journeys and facilitates prayer, celebrations, services, retreats, liturgies and Masses for the entire school community.
The Chaplaincy leader also offers resources and support to the religion department, liaisons with local parishes and provides hospitality, respect, acceptance, support, and accompaniment for all people.
The Chapel plays a major role in the life of our school. The chapel is physically situated at the heart of the school and is, at the same time, the spiritual centre. The Chapel is the focus of the spiritual character of the school and is used for individual or group prayer and class liturgical celebrations. Our Chapel is a sacred space and a safe space for everyone to use. It is also a warm, welcoming, and peaceful refuge for all to use for prayer and quiet reflection.
