Samaritans on the Digital Journey
Every year students will examine how Catholic morals (the parable of the Good Samaritan, the dignity of every human person as they are made and loved by God, our role to build God’s Kingdom of love and be God’s hands and feet as peacemakers, etc.) and ethics apply to being a “DIGITAL CITIZEN” as part of a board-wide programme to ensure students know what is ethical, legal, and safe when they are online, using social media, or texting.
Each Digital Citizenship subunit has lessons, group work, and opportunities for students to demonstrate their understanding of the particular theme that year. CLICK THIS FOR MORE INFORMATION OF THE OCSB BOARD PROGRAM FOR ALL GRADES
