History has repeatedly shown that whatever isn’t possible today can be possible tomorrow. With our computer science program, each day leads to opportunity; a chance to learn something new. Technology (specifically programming, coding, and gaming) is a space that is forever evolving, so that opportunity to do something earth-shattering might be just around the corner.

Students coming into Grade 10 or 11 who are interested in computer science are encouraged to begin their journey with ICS2O (Grade 10 Introduction to Computer Science), ICS3C (Introduction to Computer Programing), or ICS3U (Introduction to Computer Programming). Students will plan and write computer programs by applying fundamental programming concepts, learn to create clear and maintainable internal documentation, and find the most efficient ways of solving a problem using code.
