Youth Services Bureau can be found here. They also have a crisis line that is always open chat (chat.ysb.ca) or call 613-260-2360 or 1-877-377-7775. YSB offers walk-in help and a variety of services from help with employment to housing.
The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Center offers many programs that are designed to help young adults. They recognize that there are a variety of struggles that are unique to teens and the importance of helping at the first signs of distress. They have some on-line resources and apps as well. Kids Help Phone is another place to call if you need help. Call 1-800-668-6868 or chat anytime.
You can speak to your family doctor, or even go to the Emergency room.
