It’s a show to die for! Fans of campy horror movies and musicals alike will love Immaculata Dramatic Arts’ production of Evil Dead: The Musical – High School Version.

Based on the cult classic horror franchise, this musical is an over the top homage to all your favourite spooky movie tropes. Five college students stay at an abandoned cabin in the woods, and one by one, succumb to an ancient curse that turns them into zombies. It’s up to Ash, an ordinary housewares employee, to fight off the horde of singing and dancing zombies and save the day! With plenty of references to the classic films, this laugh out loud comedy has been adapted from the original version to make it friendly for all ages. While musicals don’t have a traditional ratings system, we’re suggesting that this show be considered rated “PG” for comic mischief, stage combat, use of stage blood, and terrible puns.
