Please take a few minutes to browse around and look through the newsletter, general information, daily schedule, and optional home assignments. As mentioned in the September Newsletter, I will not be sending homework for the first few months.
A SEL and Cool Down Activity page has also been created to provide you and your children with the cool down strategies (with links!) that we will also be using in class. There will be more to come, based on your needs and feedback, so be sure to check in often!
Owls represent the love for learning and books. Because of this, I have decided to dedicate this years Grade 3 Theme to owls! OWL Stands for:

W- Wonderful
L - Learners

How do I access my child's Google Drive and Folders?
How do I access my child's Google Drive and Folders?
When you log into your child's Gmail Account, click the grid with 9 circles which is titled "Google Apps". Select Drive, and it will take you to your chid's Google Drive. At the very top marked "Quick Access", that's where the recently shared and recently worked on documents will show up. Just below that marked "Folders" are your child's Google Drive Folders where I will be sharing the documents and assignments for them to work on. For Language documents (reading, writing, etc.), please go to the Homeroom Folder which is titled "CON-1HRM-23-1920". For Math documents, please go to the Math Folder which is titled "CON-1MAT-3-1920".
You do not need to make a copy of any of the documents..once I share them with the students through Hapara, it automatically creates their own copy. Work through the documents, and I will be able to support your child and see their progress.
