Our expectation at All Saints is that all teaching staff, including occasional teachers, help model our policy by not accessing their phones during instructional time, unless for emergency purposes.

Student Accident Reporting
Accident reports (OSBIE forms) should be completed for any accident occurring on school property for which the student must seek professional medical attention. Any injuries to the head should be reported, regardless of whether the child receives outside medical attention or not. Please notify a vice principal when a student is injured. Complete form “Suspected Concussion: Documentation of Medical Examination”.
