These Staff Responsible Use of Technology guidelines are the outlined duties and responsibilities that create a foundation for staff to help uphold a professional, ethical environment. This ensures a culture of trust and respect for everyone involved and is a document intended to be additional information to the Board Policy Responsible Use of Information Technology Resources
The "Student Responsible Use of Technology" agreement is a process that each student and their parent/guardian review annually. The sign-off occurs from the parent portal, via the parent guardian, after the material is reviewed. Please note: that for the 24/25 school year, "AI" has been intentionally updated and embedded into the agreement.
