The Strategic Planning Team's mission is to provide guidance and direction with transparency, collaboration, and trust to promote the success of the whole child.
Liverpool Central School District will be a district where ALL means ALL - a place where every student and staff member is known, supported, and challenged. Students, staff, and families communicate openly and work together as one community to help every learner grow.
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Liverpool Central School District’s current strategic plan, adopted in 2023, has served as a foundational roadmap for the district’s vision and priorities. With the plan’s renewal date approaching in 2025 — and in light of the arrival of a new superintendent and a relatively new Board of Education — district leadership has expressed a clear desire to revisit, refresh, and realign the plan to reflect current realities, emerging needs, and community aspirations. This project will build on the strengths of the existing plan while engaging a broad cross-section of stakeholders to co-create a renewed, actionable strategic direction that supports student learning, equity, innovation, and continuous improvement across all schools.
OBJECTIVES:
Engage all stakeholders in the process
Collect, analyze and use data to review, refresh, or reimagine the Strategic Goal Areas through:

(Re)Identify three to four priority focus areas
Create action teams around each focus area
Deliver an actionable, measurable and time stamped Strategic Plan for the BOE by June 2026.
