My name is Mrs. Tawnya Meyer and I have been teaching here at Oakland-Craig Elementary school for 25 years. I am currently the Kindergarten teachers and have so much fun with my little friends.

My husband is Aaron Meyer (the 6th grade teacher here at O-C), and we have four children, a son-in-law and a granddaughter: Danielle & Daniel, Jaron, Dawson, and Jalie. They are all very active at work, in college, and in high school so we are a very busy family. We also spend a lot of time visiting our families on the weekends. My husband and I also teach Sunday school and enjoy activities close to home.

My favorite things to do include reading, playing board games with my family, trying new recipes, watching movies, and searching on Pinterest for new exciting things.  I LOVE coffee and anything involving caramel and chocolate. My favorite restaurants at the moment are HuHot and The Cheesecake Factory.  My dream vacation would be a long trip to DisneyWorld and Universal Studios because I love rollercoasters and all things Disney. My biggest passion and delight are children, reading, and my family.
