About Me

Hello! I'm in my third year here at Oakland-Craig, and absolutely loving it! Currently I teach 5th grade reading, 5th grade American History, 6th grade World Geography, and Reading Anthology for both 5th and 6th grades. I'm working towards my Master's Degree from University of Nebraska at Kearney in PK-12 Reading Specialist. At home I'm married to a wonderful man who works for the State of Nebraska. We have three fantastic children, Morgan (5), Alexandria (Alex, 3), and William (Will) 1. We currently live in West Point. I graduated high school from Blair, Nebraska in 2004, Wayne State College with a degree in Human Service Counseling in 2008, and then Buena Vista University in 2011 with a degree in Elementary Education.
