When are Annual Dues , Due?

Annual Dues are Due at the beginning of each calendar year, In January. Check with the Treasurer to find out how much dues are for your Property lots.  

I don't use the amenities do I still have to pay my Dues?

Yes, you do still have to pay your property dues every year even if you are not using the open amenities. See section Article VII — Assessments 7.4 ; Obligation to Pay Assessments in the Bylaws. To Access the Current Bylaws go to the OWPOA Documents Tab. 

What time does the Amenities open and close each day? 

To get through the back gate to access the Ranges, Atv Trails, Biking, Hiking, Horseback trails and Lake; Open is at 9AM Close is 10PM. 

Pool hours are seasonal and determined each year. See open/close sign at pool gate. 

How do I rent the Community Hall?

The community hall can be rented out through The Ochoco West Water & Sanitary Authority and making arrangements with them. Their phone number is 541-447-1934
