In order to start C.A.R.E.S. on the 1st day of school, you must register by Friday, August 23rd
If you do not register by August 23rd, your child cannot start C.A.R.E.S. until Monday, September 9th, at the earliest
There is always a 2 school day waiting period from the date of registration

You may log in to WebTrac and set up your account BEFORE Registration Day!
First-time registrants who require a log-in and password must call the DOCA office at (516) 594-2336 for assistance.
Once You Have a Household Account· Go to the oceansideschools.org website· Scroll down to click on the DOCA Anchor Icon· Click on “Register or Pay Bill Here”· Log in with your Username and Password· Click on category ie:“Youth Activities”,"Adult Continuing Ed...", "CARES" or "Summer Playground"· Scroll down and Click the “+” sign next to your class(es)· Click on “Add to Cart” on the bottom-left of the screen· Follow the prompts to register and make payment
