Participation Grade/Points

Students will be awarded 100 points at the start of each Marking Period. Students will be deducted points for infractions and deductions will be noted in the Gradebook.

What should I do if my child is absent for several days?

Please contact me if you know your child will be absent for either extended illness or vacation. I would be happy to prepare makeup work for them!

How can I find out what is for homework?

Check our Google Classroom regularly! Students will only typically need to complete their assignments weekly. Any work not completed in class becomes homework. You can always reach out to me to find out!

How can I find my child's grades?

You should use your Parent Login information to sign in Realtime. If you cannot access your account, please contact the main office for assistance.

How often are grades updated?

I make it my personal policy to have student work returned as soon as possible. Most assignments are graded within 24 hours of the due date. Grades are available in the Gradebook as soon as possible. Assignments that are not received are marked as missing until they are received.

What can I do to help?

Ask me for suggestions! Please write a detailed email describing your situation. I am always happy to assist you and work out a plan that is best for you and your child.
