As a result of the merging of School of Informatics and Applied Mathematics and School of Ocean Engineering, Faculty of Ocean Engineering Technology and Informatics was formally found on August 1, 2019. Under one roof, this faculty brings together experts in technology domains such as informatics, computer science, mathematics, and statistics, as well as many aspects of engineering fields such as maritime, civil, mechanical, electric, and electronics, with the goal of empowering knowledge and research in a niche area related to ocean engineering.
