Welcome to Sir Robert Borden's Physical Education and Family Studies Department!

Promoting lifelong well-being, our program emphasizes the importance of regular physical activity through a variety of engaging sports and exercises, teaching students skills and fostering a love for movement. At the same time, we teach students how to make nutritious food choices that effectively fuel their bodies and minds. We believe that by integrating these two components, we empower students with the knowledge and habits necessary to lead active, healthy lives long after they leave the classroom. This approach ensures they understand how their diet impacts their energy levels and overall health, creating a foundation for a balanced and fulfilling future. 🍏🏃‍♀️
