As the year progress, I aim to add a bit more about what we do day-to-day.
Teams guided their blindfolded teammates through the obstacles. The team had to call out instructions using stage directions: upstage, downstage, left and right -- that is, the actor's (blindfolded person's) left and right!
After a short workshop on fight choreography safety, practicing falling, and a learning few combat moves (advance, retreat, lunge, high, low, revers, bas...) students choreographed and presented mock fights with foam swords.
Extracurricular school plays at JMSS also use the stage, located in our Cafeteria on the 2nd floor.
