Education week will be taking place at GLEN O from May 8th to the 12th. There will be several literacy activities being held at school that students can participate in to help promote and foster their love for reading. On Tuesday during both morning and afternoon recess we will hosting a Poetry Café for students in the library. All students are welcome to come and share their favourite poem! Teachers will also be hosting read alouds in their classrooms on Wednesday where students will visit different classrooms to hear each Teacher's favourite book. Students will also have an opportunity during the week to become their very own authors and create their own book(s) which will be showcased in the library on Friday.
