Chess Club: Please come by room 338 after school every second Thursday between 3:10 pm - 4:00 pm (NO FOOD PLEASE) and enjoy the amazing world of strategy games. We have a huge variety of games that include: Chess, checkers, chinese chess, go, stratego, risk, blokus, abalone, othello, settlers, carcasonne, talisman, clue, monopoly, dominoes, etc, etc, and many, many more. If there is game that you want to play and we don't have it, we will try to get it for you!
We will look at Chess Puzzles, videos and play each other and get chess lessons.
We do Two Chess Tournaments a Year!!!! (All Grades: 7-12)

Winter 2017 Chess Tournament (Featuring 1st ever Alumni Division)

Once again the grade 7s dominated the grades 7 to 12 tournament with both finalists being in grade 7.
The finals required two matches as the first was a draw by repetition. So much skill, so much youth!
