What's going on?
Do you like musicals? Do you like Little Shop of Horrors? Or are you just looking to have an entertaining evening? If you said yes to any of these questions, then come attend the musical "Little Shop of Horrors" held at Canterbury High School and performed by their talented students. You'll be able to watch the musical in a comfortable and welcoming environment while watching high school students display their talents! Anybody can come and watch! Whether you are a student, parent of a cast member, or a member of the Canterbury community, we encourage anyone and everyone to attend. Please feel free to come in numbers! Canterbury aims to hold an entertaining musical for the community.
*Please be aware that, although Little Shop of Horrors is a family show, there are moments throughout the production that contain mature content, including brief mentions of death and abuse.
Dates/Location and Tickets
Information regarding the musical:
It will be performed on November 24th-27th (Four performances). There will be one performance per day.
Performances on the 24th-26th will start at 7pm EST
The performance on the 27th will start at 2pm EST
The musical will take place at Canterbury High School (900 Canterbury Ave K1G 3A7) inside the auditorium.
Tickets will be $20 per person (no limit on the number of tickets purchased).
Each performance will be around 2 hours long.
On the performances of the 24th to the 26th, there will be an art sale by the students. The art sale lasts from before the show till the end of intermission.
On the performances of the 24th to the 27th, there will be a bake sale. CASH ONLY.
If you wish to purchase a ticket, then direct yourself to the Tickets tab above (at the top of this website). The performance on Friday will sell out quickly and so we suggest if you are looking to buy tickets for Friday to do so as soon as possible.

You will need your ticket receipt - In order to gain entry to the auditorium, you will need to display your ticket receipt
Parking is available (Free of charge) - If you need help finding the parking lot, please refer to the FAQ as it includes a video showing you where the school parking lot is located
NO PICTURES - When you are in the auditorium, taking photos of the performance itself is not permitted
NO FOOD in the auditorium - Eating is strictly prohibited in the auditorium, please do not eat during the performances
What's the show about?
Seymour Krelborn, a timid flower shop assistant yearns for his co-worker Audrey. One day, during a solar eclipse, Seymour finds a mysterious plant akin to a venus flytrap. In honour of his feelings for Audrey, he names the plant Audrey II.
Little does he know; this plant needs blood to survive.
As Audrey II's appetite increases and word of the plant spreads around, Seymour needs to find a way to feed the plant and manage his feelings for Audrey.
If only she wasn't dating sadistic dentist, Orin Scrivello.
