Teachers

I have lived in Ottawa my whole life and I have been teaching at AY for over 12 years. I have taught Business and Math. I graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce with a Concentration in Finance and then attended Nipissing University for my Bachelor of Education. My evening and weekends are jam packed with my two children. They love biking, sledding, skating and anything outdoors. They also love Paw Patrol!

I have lived in Ottawa and worked at A.Y. for almost 20 years and have taught Careers, Math, and Business. I graduated from the Durban campus of the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal [Bachelor's Degree] and the University of South Africa [Honours Degree] with Concentrations in Accounting, Economics, and Business Management. I attended the Pietermaritzburg campus of the University of KZN for my my Higher Diploma in Education [Post-Graduate]. I have lived and/or worked in England, Zambia, South Africa, Namibia, and now Canada. I can read, write, and speak Afrikaans in addition to English. I love spending time with my family and friends outdoors, especially in the summer. I stay connected with family and friends through travel and virtually.
