PAF 2OP (Grade 10 Girls Fitness)

Through a variety of fitness activities, students will work to improve their cardio respiratory fitness, muscular endurance and strength as well as flexibility. Students train in a structured, supportive environment at school and in the surrounding neighborhood as well as on the Trans Canada and Old Quarry trail systems.

PAF 3O/4O (This course is open to all genders)

Through a variety of fitness activities, students will work to improve their cardio respiratory fitness, muscular endurance and strength as well as flexibility. The goal of this course is for students to train in a structured, supportive environment towards completing a 10km run (distance may change due to quadmester class structure) and a 30 km bike ride as well as participating in traditional and circuit type resistance training. Students train at school, in the neighborhood and on local pathways as well as the Trans Canada and Old Quarry trail systems.
