The library has a variety of print materials that you can borrow. Along with the collection of books of all Subject areas, we carry a number of current magazines, encyclopedias, atlases, dictionaries, novels, a children’s collection, and an ESL collection. All these library resources were selected to assist you with your courses.

Your AHS ID card is your library card.
Library books must be returned on the due date, which is stamped on the back of the book. There is a fee for overdue or lost books.
Books: (Fiction/Non-Fiction) 3 weeks
Periodicals: (Magazines) 1 week
Reference Books: (dictionaries/atlases/encyclopedias/thesauri) 1 night only
ChromeBooks: 1 night only ( MUST be returned the next day)
There is a 4-book limit for all students
***** Photocopying/Computer Printing: 10 cents per printed page
