I received the DocuSign but I don't have a code. How do I get the code?
Your high school district or guidance counselor should be providing the access code. If you can not reach them call us at (714) 245-6405 or email s1shelp@ocde.us. (Please include your first, and last name, along with your D.O.B. and SSID#)
What is the duration of the program?
Our program typically runs from July to August for 5 weeks. On our home page you will find all programs offered, if you click on them you will find the date ranges based off your district.
The courses are wrong on my DocuSign. Who can fix this?
Your high school guidance counselor or a district admin will need to submit a correction via google form. We are unable to make any changes unless a counselor or a district admin approves of it.
My parent and I completed the DocuSign. What happens next?
Students will receive communication from teachers on June 30, 2025. If you do not receive any by 1PM call our office at (714) 245 - 6405. Our reply time may take longer than normal as we are handling twelve Districts in Orange County.
I am traveling abroad during the program. Will this be an issue?
While the courses are all available online (USA) through Canvas/Edgenuity, we can not guarantee the programs will be accessible abroad. The courses offered are rigorous and fast paced; It is highly encouraged to work ahead to avoid any missing assignments.
During Program Concerns
My teacher has not contacted me. Who do I contact?

NCAA/Student Athlete: Canvas will send out your login credentials on July 1, 2025 to the personal email provided on registration documents. If you used your school email please contact our help desk to get it reset. Email: s1shelp@ocde.us.

I have a scheduling conflict and can't attend S1S. Can I be dropped from the program?
The students high school counselor or a district admin will need to submit a request on your behalf via google link. If they are unable to be reached email s1shelp@ocde.us (Please include your first, and last name, along with your D.O.B. and SSID#)
When will the district receive final grades?
All districts will receive grades by the end of August. If your student is transferring to a different district please request a transcript using this form and send to PO Box 9050, Costa Mesa, CA 92628 or email it to accesstranscripts@ocde.us and s1shelp@ocde.us
My grades are not on my transcript. Who adds them?
