One of OCET's coaches, Ric Weitzel, and his wife, Julie, own a farm called Equine Differences (EQD), which is where OCET lessons. EQD is located just 1 mile north of Oberlin College on Route 58. They offer boarding and lessons to Oberlin community members and have an Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) Team for middle and high school students alongside hosting the Oberlin College team.
OCET uses over a two dozen lesson horses of varying levels and disciplines, with some boarders allowing students to use their horses as well. We are very lucky to be able to take lessons in the indoor regardless of the weather!
