NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS
Year 11 results will be available for collection on: 21st August 2025 between 10am and 11am from the HALL
If you wish for an adult (including family members) to collect your results on your behalf, you must complete and return the attached ‘Results Form’ giving your written authorisation to school before results day.
Candidates who do not collect their results on 21st August will receive notification through the post. Result letters will be posted on 21st August and not before.
Results for candidates of year groups 7-10 will be posted to their home address on 21st August 2025.

POST RESULTS
If you need post-results advice, Oathall Community College teaching staff will be available on Results Day. Further information regarding post-result services will be included in your results envelope and posted on the exams website.
YEAR 11 CERTIFICATE COLLECTION
A Certificate Collection afternoon has been arranged for Tuesday 18th November 2025 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Students who are unable to collect their certificates on this afternoon can collect them from reception from Wednesday 19th November 2025. Students should be aware that certificates will not be given to anyone other than the candidate without the student’s written authorisation.
Please keep your certificates safe. Colleges, places of Higher Education and Employers will ask to see them.
Oathall Community College is only obliged to keep certificates for a period of one year after issue. If candidates do not collect their certificates within this time (or if they lose their certificates) they can only be replaced by direct application to the appropriate awarding body. This will require proof of identity (such as birth certificate) and a substantial fee per awarding body. You are therefore urged to collect your certificates on Certificate Collection afternoon or as soon as possible thereafter and to keep them safely.
YEAR 11 ART, PHOTOGRAPHY and 3D DESIGN COURSEWORK COLLECTION
Coursework can be collected from AD4 on Tuesday 18th November 2025 between 3.15pm and 4.15pm.
