Attendance
This year ALL attendance information sent from parents, regarding a student being absent, ill, tardy or any other attendance related issue, must be emailed to OES.attendance@oasishs.org and your child's teacher.
dismissal Changes
If you are changing the way your child is going home, send changes to OES.Dismissalchanges@oasishs.org and your child's teacher.
If a student needs to be picked up from the front office prior to dismissal time, they must be picked up before 2:45.
FOCUS
Please make sure your contact information in FOCUS is correct, especially email and phone information. This is the information used in Parent Square, our messaging system. If you have never logged in to FOCUS, please ask your teacher for your child's student ID number and a unique PIN number. For more information, view this flyer.
LUnch
To minimize exposure to germs, please make sure your child is able to open all packages that are sent in for snack and lunch.
Parent Square
Parent Square is our new messaging system. If you are not getting updates, please check your SPAM/Junk mail. After you are sure you are using the email address you have in FOCUS and the alerts are not in your email, please reach out to the office for assistance. Downloading the Parent Square app is the easiest way to receive alerts and communicate.
PTO Boosterthon
This year, we are having an Oasis Elementary Dance Fit fundraiser on September 29th! As with most things in 2020, it will be different, but it will be LOTS of fun!
