Coping Skills For Students
Hey There!!!
I miss you! This time can feel stressful, sad, unsure, and confusing. Trust me even the adults are feeling these uncomfortable emotions too. Remember to take care of yourself. Do things that make you feel happy, get sleep, learn something new, and remember this social distancing thing won't last forever. It's just for now. Just take it day by day. I miss you all and I am still here for you!! Mrs. Bennett
I highly recommend the FLOW videos on GoNoodle.com. They are great calming activities. Students really enjoyed them when we were at school.
