Music Teaching is a passion of mine. It is important for the students to receive the strongest possible music education and I know that can happen here in Oakland.
My musical journey started when I was 5 years old singing in an RSCM (Royal School of Church Music) program. My elementary music education was top-notch as I was involved in the RSCM program and then later with the Cincinnati Boychoir. I didn't realize it at the time, but both of these experiences were incredible for my future growth as a musician, and I want to give that knowledge back to my students.
I sang opera and musical theater professionally for over 10 years, and singing is an enormous passion of mine.
Graduate of Manhattan School of Music (MM) and Univ. of South Carolina (BM).
Hobbies include sports, reading, and podcasts.
