Before you fill out the course selection form:

• Make sure you have already submitted your online application.

• Have your high school counselors name, phone number, and email available. The form will ask for it.

• Request that your counselor sends your transcript to VLAC either via fax at 248.209.2130 or email to info@vlac.org.

How to choose your courses:

• Click on your grade level tab above.

• Review the standard schedule for your grade on the appropriate grade level tab listed above as well as electives.

• Fill out the form with your course choices for the school year. The link for the form is at the end of the grade level tab.

*Your enrollment is not complete until you have filled out this form and we have received your district verification. You will receive an email from our VLAC office once your enrollment is complete.
