This is a Chrome extension that allows for quick and easy video creation by recording your webcam, your screen (screencasting), or your webcam and screen simultaneously. This is an ideal tool for very simply recording yourself reading aloud to students, providing simple instructions, or sending greetings/check ins.

You will have to fill out a verification form but they have committed to keeping this free forever for education.

Drawing tools are available in the Desktop App version only
Videos are stored in Loom and automatically shareable via a Loom link generated once you publish your video. You also have the ability to download your video as an MP4 or a GIF.
Ability to trim video is available
In iOS 11 or later, you can create a screen recording and capture sound on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then tap the green plus button next to Screen Recording.
Swipe up from the bottom edge of any screen. On iPhone X or later or iPad with iOS 12 or later, or iPadOS, swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.
Press deeply on grey circle and tap Microphone.
Tap Start Recording, then wait for the three-second countdown.
Open Control Center and tap the red circle. Or tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and tap Stop.
Go to the Photos app and select your screen recording.
Some apps might not allow you to record audio. You can't record your screen and use screen mirroring at the same time.
