With a partner, sit back to back so you can't see each other.
Lego Option: Each person has an identical set of lego pieces. One set is assembled and one is not.
Picture Option: One person has a simple picture. The other has a blank piece of paper and a pencil or pen.
Start a timer for 5 minutes.
In the 5 minutes, one partner describes how their lego pieces are assembled (or what their picture looks like).
The other partner tries to assemble their legos in the same way (or draw a picture that matches the other).
After the 5 minutes is up, compare the end products with the original. Discuss what each person found difficult in their role.
Then switch the roles of the partners. Give one a new assembled lego (or picture).
Repeat the describing and assembling part for 5 minutes.
After that 5 minutes, compare the end products and discuss the difficulties that the partners faced.
