REFLECT

In my experience, a powerful way to reflect and learn new strategies around digital wellness is through informal guided conversations.

Below are two resources to facilitate that sharing and reflection: (1) a digital wellness question slide deck and (2) a Connect Four game template. The Digital Wellness Question Deck can be used as a stand alone resource to guide and prompt discussion around digital wellness in many ways. I'd encourage you continue to add to it or have students add! If you want to mix it up a bit, the Connect Four game template links each individual game piece to a different question in the Digital Wellness deck and can be played and facilitated in whatever way works best for you!
