The Venue

IAR-LARC 2026 will be held at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG) in Bogotá, Colombia’s capital and a key scientific hub in Latin America. UMNG offers modern facilities, active robotics research, and convenient access to transportation and accommodations. Its central location also allows participants to enjoy Bogotá’s cultural attractions, making it an ideal setting for innovation, collaboration, and competition. 

Plane: Fly into El Dorado International Airport (BOG), then take a taxi or rideshare to UMNG (about 30–45 minutes, traffic-dependent).

Bus: Arrive at the Bogotá Bus Terminal, then take a city bus, taxi, or rideshare to UMNG (about 30–50 minutes).

Local Transportation: Once in the city, participants can use the TransMilenio bus rapid transit system, taxis, or app-based ride services (e.g., Uber, DiDi, Cabify) to reach the venue and accommodations.
