これは「ケワ・ダツィ」といいます。ブータンの人気料理で、「ケワ（じゃがいも）」と「ダツィ（チーズ）」という2つの主な材料の名前から名付けられています。その他の材料には、玉ねぎ、にんにく、トマト、唐辛子、油またはバター、塩が使われます。

It's called kewa datsi. It's a popular dish from Bhutan. Named after two main ingredients; Kewa = potato, datsi = cheese. Onion, garlic, tomato, chili, oil/butter and salt comprise rest of the ingredients.
