縁日でもお馴染みのじゃがバターやとうもろこしに、日本の冬の食べ物の代表格であるおでんを提供します。出汁は京風で、素材は都内の有名おでん種の店で仕入れたものです。

We are Nandakanada-Ya, a pop-up bar specializing in event-based services, born from the TASHINAMI bu, which focuses on perfect pairings of delicious drinks and food. At our events, we offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that complement the food and the concept of the event. This time, enjoy our matcha beer along with drinks that perfectly pair with spicy food. 

We will be offering familiar festival favorites like buttered potatoes and corn, as well as oden, a classic Japanese winter dish. The broth will be Kyoto-style, and the ingredients are sourced from a well-known oden specialty shop in Tokyo.
