Hi! My name is Melissa McFarland-Jimenez. I am the Program Administrator for Baldwin Preschool. I have been working in education for 20 years as a preschool teacher and an administrator. In that time, I’ve enjoyed working with infants to middle school aged students. I have a BA in Child and Adolescent Development from San Jose State University and a Masters in Human Behavior from National University. I love working in the ever changing field of education where there is always something new to learn and teach. I enjoy spending time with my husband and three kids (2 sons and a daughter). In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, reading, listening to music, baking and cooking.  

Ms.  Juli Buccellato
Preschool Teacher

Hi, my name is Juli Buccellato. I have been a Preschool teacher for more than 20 years. I love to see the smile on a child’s face when they learn how to do something all by themselves! Children love to learn and discover so being a part of that process is truly an honor. In addition to all of my Preschool children, I have a 20-year-old son and a 15-year-old daughter. In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, and doing puzzles. 

Ms.  Anee Canter
Preschool Teacher

My name is Anee Canter and I’ve been an early educator for more than 8 years. Recently, I decided to go back for my credential in early childhood education. I love teaching preschool where children can learn through exploring while expressing themselves creatively.  It's the most rewarding job I've ever had the pleasure of doing. Working with young children not only keeps me young, but also honest. They inspire and challenge me every day to be a better educator. I believe that children learn in many different ways and it’s important that I support the individual child and their process of learning. When I'm not working with children, I enjoy spending time with my family at home and traveling the U.S. I am also a fan of watching my boys play the game I love, baseball. When I’m not at the field, you can find me walking and resting with my golden retriever, Abby, by the pool. She loves to swim and snuggle with the family, just like me!
