6th Grade – Ms. Wynn

Welcome to the Visual Art Winter Exhibition 2020! The 6th grade students have been working with a variety of drawing materials including, pencil, pen, markers, watercolors and color pencils. The students are practicing drawing from life, as well as their imagination. They are learning about color theory and color symbolism - looking at other cultures for inspiration and understanding. You will see drawings that are master copies, stylized self-portraits and designs influenced by Inuit, Middle Eastern, Asian and African cultures. It's been a crazy semester to navigate for everyone....but, the 6th graders are awesome! I appreciate their spirit and curiosity....and look forward to being part of their journey at OSA.
