An Introduction to Secondary Math Interim Assessments: If you are wondering about the interim assessment work and how it can help your students, contact Betsi at broelofs@oaisd.org. We would love to get more secondary math teachers involved!
Middle School Data Driven Math Supports (Tier 1): Data review, action planning and resources tied to standards for the current school year. This group is meeting September 28, 2022, November 30, 2022, and February 22, 2023 from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm. SCECHS are available upon request.
High School Data Driven Math Supports (Tier 1): Data review, action planning and resource building for the current school year. Contact Betsi if you are interested in learning more and/or participating.
Visible Learning for Mathematics Book Study: Read Visible Learning for Mathematics and learn about researched best practices in math education while creating classroom materials. Book and supper are included. SCECHs available for no additional cost. Dates are Thursday, September 15, 2022, November 17, 2022, January 12, 2023, and March 16, 2023 from 5-7 pm.
Visible Learning for Mathematics Extenstion: If you participated previously in the book study, extend your work by joining with colleagues who are working on similar materials. Contact Betsi for continued support and SCECHs for this opportunity.
