Sydney GFI – Important Deadlines

Get ready for your Global Field Intensive in Sydney! Review all important deadlines below to stay on track.
Late submissions or payments will not be accepted — please plan accordingly.

🔹 November 25, 2025 — Bursar Payment Due

💰 This deadline is final — no exceptions.
Ensure your payment is processed by this date.
For details, review the GFI payment policy on the website.

🔹 December 1, 2025 — Travel Registry Form Deadline

✈️ Complete your Travel Registry Form and make sure all checklist items are marked as complete.
This step is required before you can travel.

🔹 January 6, 2026 — Last Day to Drop a January 2026 GFI Course

🗓️ To receive a 100% refund of tuition, less any non-refundable fees:

• Log into Albert and drop your GFI course by this deadline.

• If you decide to cancel your trip, please email tisch.institute@nyu.edu as soon as possible.

Travel -related costs which includes but is not limited to transportation costs, immigration fees, housing arranged outside of GFI program dates  and other personal expenses are not refunded. Students are strongly  advised to purchase optional trip insurance and to confirm the terms of the refund policy.  All course GFI course drops are subject to a $500 non-refundable cancellation fee, unless the program is cancelled by the University.
