GFI Deadlines

SUMMER 2025 ITALY 

• March 25  - GFI Course Enrollment Deadline

• May 6  - Summer 2025 Course Tuition Payment Deadline

• May 30- Pre- Departure Meeting #1

• June 2, 12:00pm EST - Last day to drop July 3-12 Italy: Sardinia, Milan course to avoid being charged the total program fee 

• June 6- Travel Registry Deadline GFI Italy, both programs

• June 8, 12:00pm EST-  Last day to drop the July 10-21 Italy: Milan, Bologna, Trento course to avoid being charged the total program fee.

• June 20, 12:00pm EST- Pre-Departure Meeting #2 ( Sardinia, Milan)

• June 27, 12:00pm EST- Pre- Departure Meeting #2 ( Milan, Bologna, Trento)

• July 5, 11:59pm EST- Final drop deadline for 100% refund  of course tuition and fees for  both the GFI Italy: Sardinia, Milan and GFI Italy: Milan, Bologna, Trento course less any non-refundable fees.  

Travel -related costs which includes but is not limited to transportation costs, immigration fees, housing arranged outside of GFI program dates  and other personal expenses are not refunded. Students are strongly  advised to purchase optional trip insurance and to confirm the terms of the refund policy.  All course GFI course drops are subject to a $500 non-refundable cancellation fee, unless the program is cancelled by the University.
