Call for abstracts

submission guidelines

Only graduate students may submit abstracts.

Anonymized abstracts should be emailed as PDF attachments to sync2019conference@gmail.com with the following information included:

• Subject line: "ABSTRACT"
• Body of the message:
  • Author’s Name(s):
  • Affiliation:
  • Abstract title:
  • Subfield:

Your abstract should be in PDF format, and should be:

• Anonymized: Remove any identifying information from both the body of the abstract and the file metadata. References to previous work by the author in the abstract should be either be in the third person, like any other reference, or with the author name changed to “Author” as appropriate.
• 2 pages maximum (A4 or letter), including figures, examples, and references
• Written in 11 or 12 point font, with 1 inch margins
