Instructions for Abstracts:

• For formatting instructions please refer to https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. An Overleaf latex template is also available here: https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/ieee-conference-template/grfzhhncsfqn. 

• Abstracts should be maximum 2 pages long and should include 1 key figure. We accept extended abstract of preliminary results or proof of concepts.

• Accepted papers will have the opportunity to present their work/ideas in a poster session. 

Instructions for Posters:

• Posters should be a maximum size of 4ft x 4ft or 122 cm x 122 cm. Therefore, we recommend the A0 poster size in portrait orientation. 

• Poster sessions will be held during the coffee breaks.
