Are my answers confidential? 

• Participants are asked to create a unique personal ID based on information only known to them. This ensures that the ID is both memorable for the participant and confidential. Identifying information (i.e., email addresses and phone numbers) will only be collected for compensation and recontact purposes and will be maintained separately in a password-protected document from all study data.

I am entering my contact information. Will that make my data identifiable? 

• No, all data will be recorded only in relation to the subject identification number (unique personal ID). Participant contact information will be obtained for consent and recontact purposes only and will be maintained separately from all study data. 

How does compensation work?

•  Participants who complete the survey during OFF-DUTY HOURS will be eligible for compensation in the form of Amazon gift cards delivered via email. If completed during off-duty time, participants can earn $20 for the first assessment and $30 for the second assessment, which is completed several weeks later. 

How long does participation take?

• It should take each participant at most 25 minutes to complete each questionnaire for a total of approximately 50 minutes across both time points. 

How will I know when it is time to fill out the second assessment?

• Participants will receive reminders when it is time to fill out the second assessment through the recontact information they provided during the consent procedure.
