Shannan Chen

After earning my B.A in Psychology at New York University, I worked as a research associate at the Computational and Cognitive Neural Sciences Lab at UC Riverside (working with Dr. Ian Ballard).

My research interests include the role of emotion on reward learning & goal-pursuit processes. Additionally, I'm curious about the neural mechanisms of rumination & worry among individuals with mood disorders.
