How does the cooling effect work?

Thermoelectric cooling is achieved with peltier plates. Once the force sensor detects the presence of a foot in the device, the peltier plates are activated along with the air pump. The cold side of the peltier plates sits by the ankle, cooling at least 20 degrees below room temperature.

Can I walk with my Comprankle?

Sure you can grab a glass of lemonade and return to a chair while wearing your compankle, but only for mild ankle injurues. As a bonus, you could wear an oversized crocs  with comprankle premium. 

Is Comprankle a recovery or treatment remedy?

Comprankle is a recovery remedy for mild to moderate ankle injuries. 

How long can I wear my Comprankle?

The automated cold compression process is regulated such that comprankle can be worn continuously for the duration of the recovery. However, comprankle is not waterproof and anything over twelve hours daily should require approval from your physician. 

Can I sleep in my Comprankle?

Technically, yes! But remember that the sensor input determines the force output, so it's a good idea to give your ankle a proper rest and continue therapy when you're alert.
